Questions
Do members pay to join?
No. Joining events and communities on Wasla is free for attendees — unlimited guest joins, free forever.
What if I collect payment myself?
Add an external payment link on your event. Guests attend free on Wasla and pay you outside the platform. External payment links are 0% Wasla fee on every plan (Free and Club). Your external provider may still charge its own fees.
What if I use Wasla event payments?
Connect Stripe under Dashboard → Plan & billing (Ticket payouts), then publish a paid event without an external link. Guests pay on Wasla Checkout; funds go to your connected account. On Free, a 5% Wasla platform fee applies per successful charge, plus Stripe processing (disclosed separately). Club is 0% Wasla platform fee; Stripe processing still applies. Platform fees are non-refundable once the payment succeeds. Keep a clear refund practice, avoid Stripe restricted businesses, and cooperate on chargebacks — see Terms.
Who handles chargebacks and payouts risk?
Wasla is the marketplace platform for Wasla Checkout. We support hosts on payment and risk questions, notify you if verification or fraud prevention affects your account, and may ask you to complete Stripe onboarding again. Refunds and chargebacks on this path are handled under our Terms; hosts must cooperate.
What is the Trusted label?
Trusted is included with Club only. Free hosts publish without the Trusted badge. Club unlocks Trusted on eligible communities and events.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Club includes a 30-day free trial once per account via Stripe Checkout. After the trial, billing continues at the Club rate unless you cancel. Free stays €0 with no trial or payment.
Can I change or cancel later?
Yes. Downgrade to Free before cancelling Club, or cancel hosting entirely — communities and events are hidden from browse and search while unsubscribed. Manage billing from Plan & billing in your account menu.
Monthly or yearly?
Club can be billed monthly (€39) or yearly (€399, shown as about €33.25/mo). Yearly includes ~2 months free · save €69/yr versus paying month to month. Free is €0 with no billing.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is €0 (1 community) — no payment required. Club unlocks unlimited communities, Trusted label (Club only), multi-admin, and 0% Wasla platform fee. Cancel Club anytime from billing.
Need more than one community?
Club includes unlimited communities, Trusted label, and shared community admins.
